Provide strategic project-management services related to Tandberg’s Sales Conference 2007 in Bangkok, Thailand (four days) including:

  • Set conference objectives, and develop and manage a detailed project schedule and budget to ensure objectives are met.
  • Plan and execute pre-event marketing services with Tandberg stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure commitments are delivered on time and on brief.
  • Develop venue-selection criteria and propose suitable conference dinner venues.
  • Assist in developing a conference theme including:
    • Provide creative input on conference branding and communications collateral.
    • Source a third-party speaker to provide a motivational speech and conduct a team-building activity.
    • Work with the speaker to develop a creative speech and an effective team event.
    • Work with third-party vendors to design/script an impactful conference opening sequence.
  • Provide delegate services including managing all communications with registrants to ensure consistency in branding.
  • Design and localise an e-invite.
  • Conduct weekly progress reviews with the key Tandberg regional marketing team.
  • Manage third-party vendors to produce welcome bags, name badges, stage backdrops and pop-ups, signage and delegate gifts to ensure consistency in branding.
  • Develop an event micro-site for delegate RSVPs and manage the RSVP process.
  • Manage all hotel registrations, including the delegate-rooming list.
  • Manage delegate airport transfers to and from the hotel.
  • Organise and collate delegate-arrival packs.
  • Hire and manage a photographer to capture the conference highlights.
  • Manage all site logistics including venues’ set up, conference A/V, F&B, venue decoration and seating plans.
  • Set up and manage a private, onsite registration/concierge desk.
  • Provide onsite assistance throughout the conference (at all in-hotel activities and off-site cocktail parties and dinners), including responding to ad-hoc requests and last-minute changes in requirements.
  • Provide group transfers for off-site dinners.
  • Prepare a detailed post-event report for debriefing Tandberg.

Provide strategic project-management services related to Tandberg’s Green Office Seminar including:

  • Set conference objectives and develop and manage a detailed project schedule and budget to ensure objectives are met.
  • Develop and manage all elements of event theming.
  • Identify, secure and manage relationships with local environmental partners (SEC, CSR Asia and other local partners) and local Green Office vendors.
  • Secure a suitable seminar venue (with a vision for creating a Green Office within the venue).
  • Source third-party speakers.
  • Source suitable thank-you gifts for speakers and delegates in keeping with the theme.
  • Design creative direct-mail invitations, signage, banners, name badges and delegate packs in keeping with the seminar theme and Tandberg branding.
  • Rent out APC’s proprietary database of potential delegates, send the direct-mail invites and telemarket to encourage attendance.
  • Develop an event micro-site for delegate RSVPs and manage the RSVP process.
  • Suggest and manage interactive activities to entertain and engage delegates during the networking sessions.
  • Work with SEC to develop the Green Office set up.
  • Manage venue set up including A/V, broadband connection, signage, F&B, venue decoration and equipment.
  • Conduct weekly project progress reviews with the key Tandberg and SEC stakeholders.
  • Prepare a detailed post-event report for debriefing Tandberg.

Manage Tandberg’s TelePresence Roundtable Series for C-suite executives in Hong Kong and Singapore:

  • Formulate an integrated-marketing campaign strategy with Tandberg to identify C-suite prospects, invite them to the roundtables and encourage them to attend.
  • Serve as the regional agency gatekeeper with an affiliate agency in Hong Kong.
  • Design a DM, invite card, gift box, ribbon and labels for a direct marketing campaign – including all copywriting.
  • Develop a dedicated event micro-site, e-invite and email – including all copywriting. 
  • Manage the RSVPs in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Develop all content, provide editorial services, design and layout Tandberg's China Employee Newsletter

Provide overall editorial services for Tandberg customer testimonials across Asia-Pacific, including interviewing customers and preparing video and print copies
