Assist in developing a distribution strategy for Datacard Card Printers in ASEAN through market research and channel-partner identification including:

  • Review the target markets – Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand.
  • Analyse existing partners and the distribution models used by Datacard’s key competitors.
  • Recommend a distribution strategy for Card Printers, which is aligned with Datacard’s overall company business and marketing objectives.
  • Research and identify potential distribution-channel partners in each of the target markets.
  • Conduct 130 channel-partner interviews in the target markets – value-added dealers, value-added resellers, systems integrators and distributors.
  • Develop channel-partner profiles of the final candidates.
  • Provide a recommended distribution strategy across ASEAN.
