  • Invite Singapore/Asia-Pacific media to Message Systems' new APAC Headquarters Grand Office Opening.
  • Place by-lined articles and white papers in strategic vertical publications, resulting in a large number of media clippings.
  • Secure and manage strategic interviews for Message Systems’ Senior Vice President International and Head of APAC.
  • Monitor all media clippings.

Provide strategic event-management services related to Message Systems’ participation in trade shows in Japan from 2010-2012:

  • Provide strategic public-relations and event-management counselling.
  • Hire and manage a Japanese agency, whilst serving as the client’s lead agency.
  • Set the event objectives and plan pre-event media-relations activities.
  • Hire and manage a range of service providers in Tokyo to design the booth, develop and execute a media-relations campaign for the visiting CEO, and provide on-site support.
  • Develop effective media invites, press releases and local-language website pages for drawing the media to the exhibitions.
  • Drive a lead-generation programme resulting in high-quality leads.
  • Secure and manage strategic interviews, including Nikkei/Nikkei Business Daily/Nikkei Marketing Journal.
  • Write post-event reports.
