Assist in assessing McAfee’s China sales model including:
- Identify and recommend potential strategic partners in China to manage McAfee sales, marketing and channel activities.
- Analyse China’s software-marketplace models.
- Research which U.S. vendors are using local partners and which models were being used successfully.
- Research and identify other non-Chinese vendors’ go-to-market strategies in China, with an analysis as to why they were successful.
- Identify potential partners and recommend a business model for McAfee in China.
- Provide profiles of these potential partners.
- Deliver research and assessment of potential go-to-market strategies and related partners in a debrief meeting.
