Assist in assessing McAfee’s China sales model including:

  • Identify and recommend potential strategic partners in China to manage McAfee sales, marketing and channel activities.
  • Analyse China’s software-marketplace models.
  • Research which U.S. vendors are using local partners and which models were being used successfully.
  • Research and identify other non-Chinese vendors’ go-to-market strategies in China, with an analysis as to why they were successful.
  • Identify potential partners and recommend a business model for McAfee in China.
  • Provide profiles of these potential partners.
  • Deliver research and assessment of potential go-to-market strategies and related partners in a debrief meeting.
